Nikon E2NS (1996)
Nikon announced the E2NS in 1996. As the internet is full of glorious reviews and details about these cameras, I won't repeat them here. ISO was raised to 3200, could record three frames in a series of seven shots, a variety of custom settings. The camera could store images with the speed of one frame per second in conjunction with the new Flash ATA HG memory cards. The camera was equipped with a video out terminal where an external LCD monitor could be connected and a full-fledged SCSI-2 port.
