Nova DSLR (2009)

In 2009 Erin Fong designed an entirely new DSLR concept. This camera takes different forms with the mobility of the camera arms, giving comfort to left-handed and right-handed users. In addition, the buttons are located at the fingertips allowing users to simultaneously take pictures and easily locate the features they need. Whether the Nova is used with one or two handles, the flexibility of the camera's form gives users a greater versatility in image capturing along with an enjoyable experience while using the Nova camera.

According to Erin Fong "everybody holds and positions the camera differently in various situations and environments in order to capture the best image possible, yet the camera's rectangular form never changes". In 2011 she designed the Nova2 DSLR. Both cameras remained a concept study but who knows? It's not recommended for larger lenses though.
