Canon RC-360 (1992)
The Canon RC-360 was announced in october 1992 and was Canon's last Still Video Camera. It was an upgraded version of the RC-250. It had playback mode, interval shooting mode, built-in flash, intelligent auto white balance, macro mode and could be attached to a film adapter to copy slides or negatives. Apparently a special Hood Kit (CD-C26) was available that when attached, allowed the camera to easily capture waveforms displayed on an oscilloscope(!). Do this today and people might wonder what you are doing.. Just to give you an expression of the costs back then, a box with 10 VF disks costed $100 in 1993. A complete RC-360 set with digitizer board $2,600.
