Fujix DS-515 (1994)

The Nikon/Fujix DSLR collaboration spawned about a dozen DSLRs with major and minor differences. Half a dozen marketed by Fujix and the other half by Nikon. One of them is the Fujix DS-515, the 'faster' version of the Fujix DS-505.  The camera featured TTL phase detection using Nikon's own advanced AM200 autofocus module, exposure control, aperture control, eye level viewfinder, auto white balance and flash sync. The Fujix DS-505 could record 1 frame per second and the Fujix DS-515 3 frames per second and up to 7 consecutive shots.
