Sony credit card camera (2000)

To promote their fairly new Memory Stick, Sony showcased some prototype digital cameras at Ceatec 2000 in Tokyo, Japan. These prototype digital cameras were different in a special way. They were especially designed around their memory stick flash module. In order to demonstrate how tiny a digital camera can be. Here for example is the Sony "Credit Card Cam". It's a very thin digital camera as you can see in the second picture. It has internal flash, but given the limitations of the technology back then I doubt it had a LCD screen in the back.
