Sony Miniature Digital DUO camera (2000)

Shown also on fairs like Intel Developer Forum 2000 Sony highlighted a small digital camera prototype especially designed for their upcoming Memory Stick DUO (which was still in development at the time of the fairs). At that time Sony was working on a 64MB MS DUO. The camera itself had a small LCD viewfinder (just like the Sony DKC-ID1/DKC-D5 Pro). As a power source a Li-Ion Polymer battery was integrated. Back then it was the world's smallest working digital camera. Altogether a gadget more for special agents and very similar to the Sony DSC-U20.
